Refund Policy

All contributions to Amazi Water are income tax-deductible and are made with the understanding that Amazi Water has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. Occasionally, donors request a refund of a charitable gift they made previously. Since contributions must be irrevocable to qualify for a charitable deduction, there generally is no basis to return a charitable gift. When a refund involving a significant amount appears justified, wisdom dictates the guidance of legal counsel.
